Gilly’s represents being epic in all we do, and that includes making beer!
Gilly’s is a Premium American Craft Lager. Not your less than average light beer that eats up the shelf space at your local corner store, but a beer worth your hard earned dollars. Our goal was to create a premium golden lager that’s as much crushable as it is cravable, and we did just that.
GILLY’S, A PREMIUM AMERICAN CRAFT LAGER
The base malt is North American, and the specialty malts are imported from Germany. There is enough spicy German Tettnanger hops added to balance the beer without imparting too much bitterness. The beer is fermented with a lager yeast from a village near Munich (Ayinger) which gives it a different fermentation profile than most lagers.
This beer is clean and crisp, the perfect drink for all types of beer drinkers.
